Terms of Service

HaomiMap organizes trip plans, draws route maps and generates AI map illustrations. You paste a trip plan; the AI parses it into a structured route and renders it in a range of art styles.

AI output may contain mistakes (place names, routes, dates). Verify before you travel. Routes and times are estimates only and are not for navigation.

• Accounts are created via Google sign-in (WeChat where available). Keep your account safe;
• The Service uses credits: 1 credit ≈ $0.01. Each AI map costs from 100 credits (by model & image size);
• Failed generations are automatically refunded;
• Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and expire when the account is deleted.

• Payments are processed by Stripe; the price and credits shown at checkout apply;
• Credits are added immediately after payment. If they are delayed, contact us with your order number;
• Credits are a virtual good; completed top-ups are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges caused by a system fault will be refunded after verification.

You keep the rights to your trip text and generated maps. Maps you publish appear in the public gallery and can be deleted or made private anytime.

You agree not to generate or spread unlawful, infringing or false content; you are responsible for such content and we may restrict accounts that violate these terms.

We may adjust features or pricing; material changes will be announced in advance. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure or third-party outages.
